Our innovative & affordable packages are designed around a 12'x24' modular unit and begin with two joined together, creating a 24'x24' base unit.
This 24'x24' frame uses 3 structural bents and provides 576 SF.
From there you can choose to scale by adding 1 additional bent using the 12'x24' unit.
This allows you to optimize the amount of floor space required for your project.
In terms of volume, ATW offers a standard ceiling height of 9 feet which is topped with a classic 12/12 pitched roof.
Each unit can be efficiently produced in our shop, shipped to your location, and assembled on-site.
This approach can cut construction timelines in half, reduce material waste, and help maintain quality control .
